    Server was in s big hurry for our food to come out so slow and not hot.  Not sure why the steamed broccoli wasn't seasoned and side salad tasted like the refrigerator must smell.  It had been 5+ years since I'd eaten there. Guess it'll be another 5 or more.

    When Fatz first came to RH they HAD the BEST
    light, crispy full size Calabash chicken strips.

    My wife and I ate here last Friday why I don't know because we have noticed the calabash chicken has gotten progressively smaller, greasier, darker (dirty grease??)every year since.
    We thought we'd stop in and give them another shot at to go order....
    My wife opted for the #darkgreasystrips and I got the #darkgreasyshrimp plate to go.
    We got home... and got worst than we expected.
    #darkgreasy

    And....... #supersmallportions.

    I wanted to drive back and get refund, wife wasn't having it she said we just won't go back. I still needed to vent so I did the Fatz survey on my receipt later that evening and give them the what for in nicest way I could.

    This is my second time being disappointed in this restaurant.  We were seated at 6:40 and the restaurant was only half full. We ordered two appetizers and a salad. We received our food at 7:25! It took 45 minutes for our food and the waiter never came back to the table after taking our order to explain the delay. Once our food was finally delivered, it was cold. We will not be returning.

    If I could give zero stars I would...waited over 1 hour for food..not crowded at all.
    Then took thirty minutes just to get the bill..it was correct but when it came back to me to sign added charges had be applied..another 20 mins later to get corrected.. manager on duty was a joke..food was not as described either...I would not recommend this place even if it was free.

    Horrible. I used to frequent this location. I'd go once a week for lunch. I've been three times for dinner with my husband over the past year. So slow. We never got out in under an hour. Our orders were not correct any of the three times. We were not going to go back, but I went last night to attend dinner with a large group. I didn't think it could get worse. After  1.5 hours, no food. I wanted it to go. Everyone's checks were wrong. All the to go orders were just sitting. Server never came to check on those that had food.  The manager was "helping" sort out tickets. He didn't seem to care much about the issues. Several of us were standing at the back of restaurant by the kitchen looking for someone, anyone, to help us. It was not busy in there. The majority of people ordered an entree salad. One star is generous.
